From her inspiration at the Camden Town markets in 1998 to her boutique on Via San Rufino, Catia has been cultivating the same mission for sixteen years: to seek out the exception, not just another item.<\/p>\n

On April 25, 2015, the dream materialized in an atelier that blends literary romanticism and sartorial rigor, becoming an unmissable stop for travelers from Northern Europe, the United States, and, of course, Italy.<\/p>\n

The sign pays homage to Emma Bovary \u2013 a Parisian nonconformist who made fashion an act of freedom \u2013 and renews her visionary power every day, despite the censorship that challenged Flaubert in 1857.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Who is Catia?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Catia Piergentili is the founder, selector, and driving force behind the project: today Madame Bovary lives on through her daily choices.<\/p>\n

The shop is personally managed, with rare attention: not only to the product, but above all to the people.<\/p>\n

People come here out of curiosity and often return out of affection, because the experience is made of listening, enjoyment, and real presence.<\/p>\n

Catia experiences the boutique as a painting to be redecorated daily: long hours (10am-9pm, every day) and a morning ritual of color harmony that redesigns mannequins, walls and vintage mirrors.<\/p>\n

Working alone, she champions creative slowness and human contact: each client is listened to, welcomed, and embraced before being dressed.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>
